1. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Eagle Eye account and/or associated personal data, email: soporte@eagleeye.lat
Please include the email you used to register. If you no longer have access to that email, tell us and we may request minimal information to verify identity.
2. Data that will be deleted
- Account: authentication credentials and user profile.
- Profile data: display name and email address.
- User-generated content: reports/events created by the user and related metadata (when applicable).
- Technical identifiers: push notification tokens and device associations (when applicable).
3. Data that may be retained (if applicable)
Eagle Eye may retain limited records when necessary for:
- Legal compliance (lawful requests by authorities and applicable legal obligations).
- Security and fraud/abuse prevention (for a reasonable and minimized period).
- Backups: backup copies that are purged on a rolling basis.
4. Timeframes
- Acknowledgement: within 5 business days.
- Deletion: typically within 30 calendar days after verification.
- Backups: may take longer due to backup cycles, but data becomes isolated from operational use.
5. Alternative: temporary deactivation
If you prefer temporary deactivation (without permanent deletion), state it in your request.
